Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO BUSINESSES IN THE ELIGIBLE ZIP CODES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Local Business Makeover Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by 112SV Group LLC, a California limited liability company, 1200 Fitzgerald Drive #1125, Pinole, CA 94564 ("Sponsor"). Questions: [email protected].

2. Not affiliated with Meta

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from any liability connected with the Giveaway. Questions go to Sponsor, not to Meta.

3. Who may enter

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older and who own, or are an officer or managing member of, a business whose business address is in one of these ZIP codes (the "Eligible ZIP Codes"):

Not eligible: employees and contractors of Sponsor; the immediate family and household members of Sponsor's owner; Sponsor's current clients; and anyone who received a written price quote from Sponsor before 12:00 AM Pacific Time on October 21, 2026. One entry per business.

4. Entry period

Entries open at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Friday, October 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official clock.

5. How to enter

Go to giveaway.112svgroup.com, confirm your business ZIP code, complete the entry form with accurate information, and check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. No purchase, payment, call or meeting is required to enter or win. Booking a call with Sponsor or buying any Sponsor product never affects eligibility or the odds of winning.

If more than one entry is received for the same business, only the first eligible entry counts. Entries that are incomplete, false, or made by automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or not received for technical reasons.

6. The prize

One prize will be awarded: The Local Visibility System from Sponsor, consisting of:

a three page website (Home, Services, Contact Us), with hosting;
Google Business Profile setup, optimization and connection to the CRM;
an automated review request system that sends review requests by email;
the CRM, set up for the business;
three months of the monthly service, starting on the date the website and CRM go live.

Approximate retail value: $2,688 (setup $1,497 plus three months at $397).

Not included: purchase of a domain name; text message, phone number and other usage charges; additional pages, including a gallery page; advertising spend; any work beyond the items above; and any monthly service after the three months. No cash or other substitution, and the prize is not transferable, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. After the three months, the winner may continue the monthly service at $297 a month for three months, then Sponsor's regular monthly for this service, which is $397 a month on the date of these rules, or stop, with no obligation.

7. The drawing

On Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries using an online random name selection wheel. The drawing will be streamed live on the Shawnine.AI Facebook page and recorded. The business names of eligible entries will be shown on the wheel; no phone numbers or email addresses are shown.

Sponsor will draw one Winner, then Alternate 1, then Alternate 2, removing each name before the next draw. Entrants do not need to be present or watching to win. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor checks every entry for eligibility before the drawing, and Sponsor's decisions are final.

8. Notifying and claiming

Sponsor will try to reach the Winner by phone and email within 24 hours after the drawing. To claim the prize, the Winner must sign and return the Winner Acceptance, Release and Prize Agreement and an IRS Form W-9 within 48 hours of Sponsor's first attempt to reach them.

If the Winner cannot be reached, does not return both documents in time, is not eligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and offered to Alternate 1 on the same terms, then to Alternate 2. If no one claims it, the prize will not be awarded. An alternate receives a prize only by becoming the Winner under this section.

9. Conditions of the prize

The Winner must attend an onboarding call within 5 business days after claiming the prize and provide the content the build needs (logo, photos and a list of services) within 30 days. Only the business owner can complete Google's verification of a Business Profile, and Google controls its timing. If the Winner does not meet these conditions, Sponsor may treat the prize as forfeited and offer it to the next alternate.

10. If an alternate already bought

If an alternate bought The Local Visibility System from Sponsor before becoming the Winner, Sponsor will refund the setup amount and any of the first three monthly payments already paid for it, and apply the prize to that account.

11. Taxes

The Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. Because the prize value is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value where required by law. The W-9 in Section 8 is required to claim the prize.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by entering, each entrant agrees that their business name may be shown during the live drawing and in its recording. The Winner's consent to use their name, business name, likeness, testimonial and before and after images in Sponsor's marketing is given in the Winner Acceptance, Release and Prize Agreement.

13. Privacy

Information collected is used to run the Giveaway and to contact entrants about it, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at 112svgroup.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor sends marketing texts or emails only to entrants who give separate, optional consent on the entry form. That consent is never a condition of entry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

14. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, gives false information, or does not follow these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of a technical failure, fraud or a cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may postpone the drawing or hold it from the eligible entries received, recorded and posted. To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor and Meta from claims arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from the prize.

15. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

16. Winner's name

To receive the winning business's name, email [email protected] with the subject "Makeover Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.
